In two months I am moving from a 230 Sq ft studio into a 1250 sq ft 2 bedroom house. The house is cheaper than what my family is living in now (school housing). I'm planning on getting the bare minimum needed to make a 2 bedroom house not look empty.
What's the most cost effective way to acquire quality furniture? Garage sales? Flea markets? Ikea? Get old wood furniture and refinish it somehow? Build it myself?
