I just want to double check before I buy, so I'm 24 and I'm looking at the Vanguard Target Retirement 2060 Fund (VTTSX). I want a Roth IRA because I predict I will be in a higher tax bracket by the time I retire. The minimum investment is 1,000$. So I just pay that and I never have to check on it again until I retire?

edit: are there any other fees I should know about with an account with Vanguard? I read they charge $20 yearly?
