I just got a call from paypal working capital, and apparently I have a huge loan taken out in my name. I started a business and recently there's been some funny business with the manager money wise. He's been working to fix the junk he caused but I haven't been able to get into the company paypal, which I originally set up.
Anyway, today I get a call that I'm behind on tens of thousands of dollars worth of paypal working capital loans.
I just found out minutes ago, so I haven't consulted anyone or confronted the $(*&#$(*&@ that did this to me (I'm absolutely sure I know who it is).
I never signed a loan, I never saw a cent of cash, and I don't even have access to the paypal account, which I'm sure is closed due to lack of payment. The business is an LLC. The only thing I've done is asked the creditors to send me proof of debt so I can see what's going on. Checked all my emails and I have zero correspondance form paypal.
Business partners are out of town right now, so I'm going to get with them ASAP.
Not sure what to do next other than get really really mad and watch episodes of Dexter.
