Hoping to get some advice. I recently purchased a condo unit (built 2015) with exposed concrete ceilings. It looks patchy/discolored (https://ift.tt/2mR4083). Not sure what it is actually, some parts looks wet/oily. As far as I know there has been no water damage to the unit. What are some ways I can fix this?Originally I thought I'd put on a primer or PVA and plaster over it, but there seems to be conflicting opinions whether it's OK to plaster over concrete (b/c concrete expand due to heat at a different rate compared to plaster, so over time the plaster will fall off).I'm also open to keeping the concrete exposed but treating it in some way to even out the color. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Aj70nf
