Investing for the long-term with monthly contributions and annual readjustment. I'm 18 years old with some money to invest and have done a good deal of research into this (I've read plenty of people for and against leveraged funds).

- SPTL (long-term treasury): 35%
- SLYG (small-cap growth): 15%
- SCHH (REIT): 15%
