Hi,Real DIY noob here so prepare for dumb questions! I have some thin plywood, well I think that's the correct name for the material - it's thin and light and made of some type of condensed wood fibre material. It's being used as the backing of my TV unit, which I've found to be a fairly typically material for TV unit backings. I hope you can get an idea of the material from this.I need to have my home entertainment devices' wires going thru the back of the TV unit, and I was wondering if it was possible to just somehow by hand create a circular hole, 3-4" in diameter, for the wires to go thru.I don't have any tools, but was wondering if I could just buy a circular drill bit for a drill but just use it by hand. Seeing as the plywood is so thin, I figured just a little pressure and a few turns of the bit would create a hole?I'm unaware of there being any sort of tool to create such a hole by hand hence my thinking about the drill bit, but any solutions for a 'by hand' method to create this hole would be greatly appreciated.Thank for any help in advance :) via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2mhO523
