I work second shift so I usually leave early for work. I pass a convenient store every day. If I remember to bring a bottle of water and a protein bar (I bought 72 of them on a deal I found for $90 because they are $3 a piece in the store) I’ll not stop.

But sometimes even if I do pack something I’ll get a craving for an energy drink. And they are 2 for $4 or 1 for like $2.80.... I’m getting 2. Oh and that Slim Jim there looks good... get one of those.

Every stop is at least $5. Then I start thinking if I do this 5 days a week that’s a ton of money over a year.

Any tips in stopping my “convenient” store habit?
