I was looking at different REITs etc and wanted to get some data on any that might specialize in buying and then revitalizing in run down urban areas. Gentrification seems in right now, and I was thinking about a small allocation of my portfolio if it was an option.
Obviously I don't really care about the morality or societal implications of companies that do this - just interested in investing in them.
