So a coworker mentioned to my wife today that it appeared like her 401k contributions were being pulled out of every paycheck but were not actually being deposited into the retirement account. When my wife looked at hers, she noticed that the contributions had stopped almost 5 months ago on her retirement website, but she was still seeing the withdrawls on her paychecks. Should she confront her boss?
Edit: thanks everybody for your insights. It helped calm my wife down and we will be assuming it's an accident for the time being.
