Looking at purchasing a house with a pool (Phoenix, AZ) and want to know about how much extra I'll be paying a month for pool maintenance?
Tell me everything! Pros and Cons of having a pool guy come to your house. How much do chemicals and treatments cost you? Electricity? Water usage? Pool pump breaks? It already has a fence, so that's one less thing we have to purchase. Thank you PF!
