Well, I haven't sat down and done the math but I am figuring that I am out at the office most of the day so I don't use electricity heating etc at home. I find I eat less than when I was unemployed, do all my shopping in one hit. Apart from travel costs, isn't it money saving to actually have a job rather than being unemployed? This to me is an unseen poverty effect of unemployment.
