I noticed this in MT and CO, they have free fishing for one weekend in June (Father's day or some other time). If you already have the equipment necessary, it can cost you little-to-nothing. Check with your locality of course, to find out where you can legally go. I plan on taking advantage of this upcoming free weekend as the fish in our area are able to be eaten and very tasty indeed.
