I am about to sign a lease agreement for an apartment, but the subsections are 1) numbered improperly, 2) contain improperly formatted text due to addition of sentences (within Adobe instead of Microsoft Word), 3) when I notified the landlord of these issues and/or asked for fixes/clarification, she sent back a copy with no changes and explanation.
