I received a medical bill for things that were done on a child at a pediatrics office and I have never been there and have no children. I’m going to call them tomorrow because it’s 8:30 p.m. in Phoenix. Is this identity theft?

It has my full name and address and some of the bill was paid with insurance. Super weird and freaking me out.
