I built a fire pit in my backyard over the weekend. I glued (construction adhesive) each row of bricks to the row beneath so they won't move, now I'm wondering if I also need to glue the insert ring to the top row of bricks or just leave it sitting on top? I'm not sure if I'll ever have to remove it.
