I've been tossing up all sorts of ideas for a low cost, comfortable, and sustainable house. I have the land already. I have read about earthships before, and was recently reminded of them. Has anyone here built anything like that before, especially in Australia? I'm thinking of the tyre/earth wall setup, rendered walls, need a hard roof to catch water...
