https://ift.tt/2rLIIL3 image for full situation. Basically I live in Baltimore and have a vacant house on my block with a partially collapsed rear that junkies like to climb up into. The owner is a slum lord but let me go ahead and board it up which I've done, stopping them from getting into the main part of the house. Issue is they can still climb up into the exposed rear through the broken brick wall and pile of dirt in the image. I've added barbed wire to try to block the way up, but this still hasn't fully deterred them.Any ideas of things I can do?
