Has anyone else been scraping SEC data and found that your IP was then put on a blacklist?? The SEC fully allows scraping, only asking that requests are spaced apart and that non-peak times are used. However it also appears they, or someone, will label your IP as a web scraper and other websites, such as Nasdaq.com, will then block your access to their sites.
Has anyone else experienced this?? If so, have you found an effective way to retrieve SEC data in bulk yet keep access to other sites?
