Hi All- I am building a gaming table that is recessed. There are 4 1x12x4’s and a smaller 1x3x4 that fit into the recessed area that can be removed. Prior to staining, everything fit really well. Tonight, when I got home, I went to put the top back on the table and everything fits much tighter...including the 1x3 no longer fitting.I need to remove maybe 2-3 mm of wood off of the end of each plank. What I need is a belt sander but don’t have one. I tried a planer which just gouged edges of the board. Does anyone have a good option to take off small pieces of wood. They are a bit too large for me to use a circular saw and get a straight cut. Thanks! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2H5oxNy
