Hi all, I'm learning to be more frugal. So far so good. I've changed gas suppliers, cancelled a few subscriptions I don't love, renegotiated my phone and internet, and have stopped buying my lunch. So far so good!
I love quality meat. It's my thing. I smoke it, I sous vide it, I sear it. You could call it a hobby.
If I buy half a cow, and a lamb I'll save $1700 a year on my meat expenses, with a small investment ($150 on freezer, $80 on running costs per year).
I'm concerned that frozen steaks will be of low quality. Are there any other quality sensitive bulk-freezers here?
