Not entirely too sure but been on my mind for a while now, there’s a club where I live and in the early 2000’s and 1990’s it was huge in terms of success.
It’s currently under lease but unfortunately I don’t know how much the lease is, thinking about taking out the lease and returning the place to what it use to be like.
For economic sake the average salary in where I live is £26,000 without knowing about any Annual bonuses or perks, there is 60,000 or 70,000 people where I live for a small town with high population it does quite well but currently has medium employment.
I’m not normally interested in this type of investment I’m normally financial markets, but have thought about this for while.
Any advice/feedback would be gladly welcomed.
