I just bought a new house and moving from a small apartment to a 4 room home means we have no furniture. I'm tempted to try to make some to cut costs but I've never built anything. I've redone old furniture so I'm familiar with sanding, staining and painting. I just have no clue on how to shop for materials, learn about supporting weight, design, etc.I figured I'd start simple and see how I like it.
