We often think that minimalism is to live with minimum possessions possible but that's wrong. If you live a minimalistic life only because you oppose a materialistic life then it's not going to work for you. There's no global formula that works for everyone. We have to find our own 'minimalism'.

The secret behind this is to take the time to find your enough. It takes time. It needs adjustments. You need to be honest and patient. Once you find your enough you know what is the minimum YOU need to live with. To find your enough you need to learn who you are. To find out what moves you. Living up to our own enough can contribute tremendously to our self-fulfillment.

I have been taking my time for the past few years to constantly define and adjust that enough. I practice it and it helps me become more rational about my spending and see my values clearer. What is your enough? have you ever taken the time to think about it? Any advices?
