The 10 dollars is in SNAP benefits (food stamps) FWIW.I live in an urban food desert. My options are CityTarget and Safeway, so not too great for cheap stuff. I literally have nothing but salt at the moment. Also this is a one time budget SNAFU, so don't worry I usually get by!
