Background - I have joined this tech company from past 3 months. Appraisal cycle is taken very seriously here. We have to set our goals and what we accomplished. Along with that we get feed backs from project owners, team mates and manager. We also give feedbacks of whoever we have worked with. And we have a yearly cycle set at this time. Any pointers on absolutely what to do and what not to do?
