I can no longer invest in real estate due to a contractual obligation with new company. Given my current situation (below) what would you recommend I invest in?

USA - Midwest 32 male - married, no kids Combined income is 160k with about 30k in bonus potential that I don’t even count on. 2 cars paid off and in good condition 60k in 401k 220k in bank account (cashed out of most of my properties) No debt whatsoever and own our properties outright (finally paid off our student loans too) 35k investment property ready to sell for approx 60-70k 75k property in process of renovating to become my home. (I need about 75-100k for this to finish) Currently renting an apartment for $800/month with all utilities. Monthly expenses are low due to work perks so we are saving tons. Just began maximizing both of our 401k contributions. I flipped houses for a decade so I’m not opposed to risk but would like something more stable than bitcoin.

I’ve always made incredible returns in my RE investing so I never even considered anything else, so I’m basically a newbie.

My main goal is to retire early. Shooting for 45, hoping to land around 50.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: Great responses! Thanks so far. Anyone have any non-REI advice?

I’d like to invest about 100k.
