My extended family is planning to move to some land in the country. My spouse and I would like to sell our house, build something cheap on the land, and retire. We need around 1200 sq feet. A mobile home would be fine, or are there new approaches we should be looking at?
Also, when I say "build," I mean "pay someone to build or put it there." I am not handy.
