Even though I’ve managed to eliminate all other debts I’m still paying 62% of my income on rent. Maybe being debt free is only attainable for the wealthy because unless you camp for free you have to sign a lease and therefore go into debt. I really don’t think my landlord deserves 62% of my income just for a tiny studio apartment. I’m seriously considering moving into a tent or truck.
