This year I managed to get onto Race Crew for one of the private ski clubs in my area. I get free skiing the day I’m working (very little time to actually enjoy same day), an extra ski pass for every day I work that I can use whenever (or use on a friend), 20% discount on food, a free poofy Karbon jacket and an option to buy the uniform jacket for $75 (normally retail at $500+). Lift tickets normally would cost $90 for guests/other resorts in the area. Membership there is $5000 annually (plus initiation of $25,000 if you want to be full member).
Saved $1200 already and still have 10 more day passes I can use up ($1000 value) that can carry over to the following year.
