I did a search, but the threads that turned up were all a little dated and didn't have a definitive result.
I'm looking for an ironing board that's sturdier and longer lasting than the crummy big-box ones. Preferably one that has weighty steel legs and top, and doesn't wobble when you use it. Where the legs continue to reliably fold without jamming and squeaking.
Years back, I had one that got "passed down" when I left a set of barracks, but I almost wonder if the good ones went out of production decades ago.
I've checked Goodwill half a dozen times with no luck.
I'm near a major city, so have all the usual chain stores available if that helps.
Thanks.
