I have had a pair of doc martins (http://www.drmartens.com/us/p/industrial-boots-industrial-bear-icon-7b10-ssf) That I have been wearing for the past 6-8 years, I have had them resoled a few times, and now I think it is time to resole them again, but my toe has started to hurt only in these shoes, and I am slipping all over the place on ice, and the only reason I have not replaced them sooner is my pig-headedness that these boots should be for life (its actually my second pair in 10 years tbh but the first went thru catastrophic failure).

Things I do - Work in slippery kitchens (non slip oil) Lift heavy things (steel toe) Go to Siberia often (non slip ice, waterproof) Also go to the pier often to buy fish (salt water is awful I know) Stand for 18 hours. Travel and do all these things in other locations (So dont want to bring more shoes than nessesary)

Can you reccomend anything to me that I can invest in?
