Due to some good fortune I have a pretty good net worth almost entirely liquid, cash/investments. My career has been a bit of a struggle, I have a disability and my relationship status actually appears that it might change in the next few years as well. I'm really afraid of future medical issues and their impact on career and ability to have a decent life.
