I read through previous posts like this but the most recent was 11 months ago, want to see if anything's changed. RobinHood looks great but I'm in the UK. Right now I'm using IG but the minimum deposit of £250 is a hard ask considering I'm new and will almost definitely use it all. I deposited £100 back when that was the minimum and I haven't done great with it.
