If you look at the full Staples website, they say they will match prices with other retailers (including Amazon), plus an extra 10% of the difference.
But if you look at the same policy on the phone (which forces you to the mobile site, even if you try to force the full site), the policy there only says they will match the price...nothing about the extra 10%.
And...they won't volunteer, at least in my instance. I have been watching a printer on Amazon (color laser) as the price fluctuated...when it dropped the other day, I pounced, and ran to Staples where they matched the price ($200 off). They told me they only match, nothing about 10% which I thought I had read.
Ultimately I went back and showed them the policy (on an iPad) and they refunded me the extra $20.
