Details: My SO just became a LVN. This place is essentially a hospice care facility. All her peers would clock out after 8 hours so they wouldn't get overtime. There is even a sign in the break room that says, "No overtime. No exceptions." I don't want her to directly confront her boss in fear that her boss would simply reduce her hours. How could she legally go about dealing with this?
