Hey there, I’m trying to plan a nice Valentine’s day for my fiancé. I’ve recently gotten into budgeting and don’t have much wiggle room (I get paid the day after VD). I’m aiming for something around or under $30. I’m a decent cook and know what she likes as far as food and beverages. But how do I make it really special? What are your plans to stay frugal while being romantic?
