Title. I don't know how to describe it but the smell is musty, has a hint of some chemical, and it's sorta like freezer burn. I can smell it mostly in the freezer, which I'm assuming is due to ice just being exposed to the air.I can tell it's something in the water because if we make pasta you can taste it in the noodles. I've got a fillable Brita cooler in the fridge which seems to remove most of the taste, but of course isn't 100%. I'm in a new apartment building and as far as I can tell nobody else is having the issue and the landlord says they don't taste anything off.I'm looking for suggestions if this is a common thing. I get water varies location to location, but I'd rather try the easy fixes before moving forward and getting water tested and such.
