I've run a search on the sub and although I've found a lot of solid fountain pens, none of the descriptions that I've read specifically seem to address my needs.
I wait tables for a fine dining restaurant that I foresee myself working at for a long time. Don't get me wrong - I love my G2s, they get the job done, but I'm sick of the clips breaking because they're much less accessible at the bottom of my apron pocket. I'm moving quickly, I need it within arm's reach at all times. Throwing away a pen every few weeks feels so wasteful & wrong.
It also seems to me that fountain pens are built for desk work. I need something that can hold up with me moving around a whole lot & writing quickly that won't bleed or cease working when I'm busy.
Any suggestions?
