The owner before me ran a business out of the house as an architect. There are phone lines and phone jacks everywhere. I am wondering if I can use this to my advantage to update the property. I would like to run Cat5 cable by pulling the existing phone cords, but I think that play won't work due to the wire getting stuck in the joists. This place was wired at one point and would like to continue the tradition.
