I'm just checking to see if there's anything worthwhile I should be doing with it. I know it's not a huge amount but my goal in the next 10 years is to at least start buying property (Utah and elsewhere), the first to live in and rentals afterwards. It's money I have no need to touch for the time being. Any helpful thoughts? Anything I should read to learn more about these types of investments?
