I am currently working A complete overhaul of a vintage GE record console. When going to remove the speakers, I saw the yellow insulation in the pictures below. How likely is it that this is asbestos?I’m not sure when the player was made. It had a turntable, radio, and reel to reel. Any tips on identifying would be great. Also wondering, if it is indeed asbestos, Is it dangerous as long as I use a ventilator while installing the new speakers?If you have experience with this I’d love your advice.
