One of the ways I try to avoid making investing blunders is by studying examples of horrible investments.

For example, one nightmare I observed unfold in real time was someone getting burned on GTAT.

Thankfully, I didn't lose a dime, but my personal takeaway back then was to make sure a company didn't overly rely on one customer for its livelihood and to make sure that that one customer didn't have all the power in the relationship.

Is there any book or other material I can read to learn about these sorts of failures?
