My wife is an attorney at a pharmaceutical company in Washington, DC making 85k currently. She got a job offer in Hartford Connecticut for 115K plus 10k bonuses annually as an attorney at a firm. We want to stay in DC because she doesn’t like Connecticut. How does she ask her current job to match the salary or even come remotely close?
