I've been looking around for a while to find a BIFL Parka that can fit my situation. I live in Minnesota, and wait for a bus ~20mins daily for a bus. If you have the same situation, you can get why I'd like a nice parka for my commute. I'm also camping in west Wisconsin frequently over the winter, so I'd like something I can use for harsh winds in single digits. I'm hoping to find something I can hopefully use, well, for life, of course. As a student, I can't really splurge on anything over 200USD. Thanks in advance!
