I posted about this yesterday and finally got a response from Norse:
Hi osaka_sun, we have just refunded you remaining 20 for shipping, sorry for that, it should have done in the first place.
If you bought anything from the Archive sale that got caught cancelled, I highly suggest checking your bank account and following up with support@norseprojects.com if they charged you for shipping anyway.
