As the title suggests, I may be purchasing a home for $1. I’ll be meeting with him and his realtor this coming week to discuss further. Home is located in California.
My question is, I am 26, unemployed, and have savings to get me through school. If he is serious about selling his house what expenses as a first time home owner could I expect?
