I'm not sure if this would be the proper place to post this but my fiance and I are looking into a house. Her mother and my fiances baby brother need a place to stay; as well as our dear friend and roommate. She's basically a part of the package.
My question is would a mortgage be easier to obtain if we had these other incomes that would be added onto ours for payments?
