I'm 26, single, have saved about 100k (sitting in the bank) and am debt-free. I have almost no expenses, besides my car lease and insurance. What would be the smartest thing to do with my money?

(I hope to get married within the next few years and would like a large chunk of my money to be accessible for a down payment on a house when we get to that stage.) But I have no investments or retirement accounts or anything like that, and don't even know where to start. It would be helpful to explain like I'm 5, (ok, 15) because I'm a real beginner at finances.
