Is it normal for a fridge's drip pan to not have any water in it at all? Wasn't sure what subreddit to ask this on to be honest, but it seems like the best place, I think?I've had my fridge, a LFTR1814LW3 Frigidaire Refrigerator, for about 7 years now and it's doing great. I literally just learned that a drip pan was a thing and checked it. (Look, I'm an IT guy, not a handyman or anything like that)It's a non-removable tray, so I removed the front grille kick plate thing and just put my hand through the hole in the front where that was and touched the inside of the drip pan. But it was bone dry.Is this normal? The fridge seems to be doing fine, might need a cleaning, but it's trucking along great. I just kinda freaked out a bit at the prospect of potential water being somewhere for years without me knowing about it.Thank you. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2Am9VXP
