Hey guys and gals,
I recently ordered a somewhat expensive Fluke test tool for my business recently off of ebay [2500 USD].
The product was shipped, and allegedly delivered by the USPS.
Now my question is if I should attempt for a refund through ebay or just go through my bank to get my funds.
I've heard horror stories about ebay refunds, hence why I'm asking this question.
